The success story, starting with the board production in Trabzon at the beginning of 1890s, was tuned out into an integrated facility based on consecutive investments. Yildiz Entegre, having the largest MDF factory of the world (in Kocaeli-Arslanbey) is the extension of this success story up to date.

Yildiz Entegre produces MDF, Melamine Decor Print Paper Coated MDF, Laminate Parquet, Painted Parquet, MDF Profile, MDF Door, Door Panel, Backrest-Painted, Urea Formaldehyde Resin, Cover Profile, Impregnated Decoration Print-out in the field of forestry products in its current facilities located on an area of 500,000 m².

Yildiz Entegre is among the largest companies in both national and global scale in each field where it is active. Yildiz Entegre, having the longest MDF press in the world, is also the largest MDF manufacturer of our country with the capacity of 3,500 m³/day. Yildiz Entegre, about to take place among the first 50 companies in the list of first 500 Larger Industrial Corporations, listed by Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry, became 60th in the first 500 corporations of 2008. Yildiz Entegre, employing total 1250 persons, is on the way to full integration fitting its commercial title.

Yildiz Entegre started to manufacture laminate parquet under the trademark Vario Clic and manufacture door under the trademark Variodor in its production facilities in Arslanbey in 2004. Yildiz Entegre, having climaxed in a short while by making a significant attempt in the laminate parquet sector with Varioclic - producing floor tilings fitting the modern spaces - reached the highest industrial production capacity with Variodor trademark and became a preferred trademark in the door sector in a short period of time.

Yildiz, being up to the world standards in laminate parquet and door production with its trademarks Varioclic and Variodor, started to manufacture MDF Profile under the trademark Varioprofile. Yildiz Entegre, increasing its investments in machinerypark and its product diversity, frequently makes its name for itself in profile production.

Concurrently with development of the furniture industry, the investment of backrest-painted (for use as back panel of the cupboards) was offered to Yildiz customers as of the end of 2007.

Yildiz Entegre, continuing its investments at full blast, completed another ring of the integration with Impregnated Decor Print-Out to offer higher quality and more diversified product range.

Yildiz Entegre, being a leader company in not only forestry products but also the field of glue production, both satisfies the glue needs of its own MDF plants and makes sales to the panel manufacturers with its existing 6 facilities.

Yildiz Entegre, not abstaining from making investments to increase its product diversity, completed its first panel door facility of Turkey in 2009. It has the production capacity of 11 million pieces/year.
